Raw Tennis - Policies

Player's Code of Conduct

i) Players will respect and follow instructions given out by Raw Tennis representatives

iii)Players shall at all times conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and give due regard to the rights of opponents, spectators, Raw Tennis employees and others

a) Players will not violently, dangerously, or with anger hit, kick or throw any tennis equipment

b) Players shall not at any time physically or verbally abuse other participants, spectators or Raw Tennis representatives

c) Players will not use/make audible or visual obscenities during Raw Tennis programming

Equipment

ii) All equipment damaged by improper use by the participant will result in a charge for the damage

iv)Participants are not permitted to bring Raw Tennis Equipment home with them unless authorized by a Raw Tennis employee

Rain

i) Rain policies are specific to each individual program but will result in either:

a) Players will receive a refund for the value of the lesson

b) The lesson will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both the instructor and group

* Unless there is a possibility for indoor activity at the host facility

ii)Rain policy options will always be decided upon and communicated prior to the beginning of the first lesson

Personal Items

i) Raw Tennis is NOT responsible for monitoring participants personal belongings

ii)Raw Tennis is NOT to be held accountable for participants stolen or lost personal belongings

Participant Cancellation

i)Participants may cancel out of a program up to 24hrs before the beginning of the first lesson and still receive a full refund

ii)Participants who cancel with less than 24hrs notice or during the program will be refunded their full amount in credit toward future Raw Tennis programming unless:

Player is forced to withdraw because of medical reasons

Player is forced to withdraw because of compassionate reasons
